Basic materials for all alloys are raw metals like copper, nickel, cobalt, chrome, beryllium, zircon etc. They are integrated according to their weight and then filled into the melting pot of the vacuum furnace.
The process of re-charging will be performed through a lock chamber during the melting operation. Then, the process goes into forging, rolling, pressing and drawing. The ingots are transformed into semi-products. Subsequently, these ingots will be heat-treated.
