The production line includes segments of Ends and body sheet making line, welder, forming line, painting booth and oven, as well as other necessary machines.
Production line speed has options of 720DPH, 600DPH, 480DPH, 360DPH, 240DPH and 120DPH, to meet customers’ specific requirements.
Due to the minimal manual intervention throughout the entire process, not only is the excellent quality, but it also greatly reduces labor costs and intensity. The control of the production line has achieved overall linkage and individual control, and can be seamlessly integrated with the factory’s MESS system.
